Sue France is a Certified TetraMap Facilitator, who has had great successes with individuals and teams in particular on learning about themselves and how to work with each other better.
TetraMap improves communication and reduces conflict between people and teams. Using nature as a metaphor, it gives a framework for viewing diversity and complexity. The aim of the session is to give participants an understanding of themselves and others in a way which you can quickly realise and put into immediate action. TetraMap gives a new perspective into the difference in behaviour and communication styles. This gives a valuable insight as to how and why others behave as they do, and increases your ability to work better together.
People and their behaviours affect every aspect of our life. We intuitively know that we get along better with some people than others. At work the understandings
that TetraMap gives will improve understanding our own behaviours, teamwork, productivity, morale and performance.
It is useful for everyone to learn, no matter what role or job you have and is especially useful for Assistants who have to be able to understand themselves and others working with one or more bosses and many colleagues with different styles.
TetraMap is a learning tool designed to quickly reduce conflict and shift mindsets and you will receive a booklet continuing the TetraMap instrument, a Tetrahedron to have on your desk as a reminder and stickers.
If you have learned MBTI or Disc or Colours then TetraMap will help you consolidate what you have already learned and is far easier to remember and learn within a few hours. It goes further, deeper, faster and is seriously fun! This will provide a hands-on experience of TetraMap, a range of enjoyable experiential activities to create powerful learning opportunities, and plenty of ideas to take away.
A great way to learn TetraMap is to couple it with advanced communication skills and teamwork and this can be done in 4 hours.
